The Branter Family

Saturday I had the opportunity to take pictures of a fabulous family! This was such a fun shoot because I have never seen so many authentic smiles it was unreal! I spent the entire time laughing! I'm surprised that the pictures didn't turn out blurry from laughing so hard!!

They are big hockey fans!! Both boys play and mom and dad are fantastic supporters! The best part of this is each of them has their own "favorite" hockey team...thus why each jersey is different!

This last one on the top right is my favorite picture! I think it really shows their family dynamic! Their smiles, their laughter, it was really an incredible opportunity!

A little tid bit of information

So I thought it woudl be appropriate to give a little information about myself before I start posting pictures up here! So I guess I started taking pictures when I was little, about the 3rd grade when I got into 4H. I couldn't do the livestock option of 4H at first so I started with the non-livestock and photography just looked fun! I have had a camera with me ever since, whether it was a point and shoot disposable camera, to my first digital camera, to utilizing my camera phone when I didn't have either of the previous with me! I love pictures!! I love to see what the outcome is after you have pressed your shutter button! I love to create the photos and then explore what something like photoshop brings to life in the pictures. Most of all, I love the memories that photographs create! The stories they tell are truly timeless and I think that is one of the greatest gifts!! So here's to memories... past, present, and future!
